Shape Early, a community initiative based in Berkshire, UK and soon becoming a charity, works to foster lasting resilience throughout life’s transitions. Though its mission spans all ages, the first project concentrates on early childhood. The Early Childhood Compass pilot offers practical, compassionate assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, guiding them through this foundational stage with clarity, connection and confidence, and aims to nurture resilience before crises arise rather than merely repairing it later.
